I struggled with my old printer that i bought from another suplier. I contacted the helpdesk and they helped me to solve the issue quick. My next printer i will for sure order here.
I bought the SKA3 2. generation printer. A greate upgrade of a greate model. Now with lights inside so its easier to see inside. Good foldable handles on the sides. Very easy to access the printhead and the inksack due to the new "doors" on the printer. Really an awsome update. The clogging is also now something that dont happend with normal use and cleaning after use:)... But the best of all, the support and service is awsome.
I ordered a SKA3 DTF-1.generationprinter and i was from the first call impressed over the level of service and support your personel gave me. The machine is working perfect with little or no issues at all. The only thing we see now is that the capasity is to small for our present demand from our customers:). I am now about to upgrade my printer to a larger maskin, and the choice is not easy regarding model, but i will for sure use ProPrintEurope.com again.. Please contact me:).
