Is this embroidery machine easy to operate?

Yes! The embroidery machine is equipped with a 10-inch LCD touch screen. The operation is very simple, much like using a tablet. You can learn to operate the screen in just 5-10 minutes.

Each BAi machine comes with a computer-controlled panel that offers 20 million stitches of storage space. You can upload, edit design settings, and create custom lettering directly on the panel.

I’m a beginner—can I get training?

As your dealer, we are here to assist you whenever you need help. The machine also comes with an instruction manual. Additionally, you will have access to training and maintenance videos in five languages: Chinese, English, French, Spanish, and Arabic—all for free. We will make sure you have no concerns from unpacking the machine to setting it up and getting it ready to use. If you need further help, the factory team is available for a video call. You will also have access to more resources such as BAi's YouTube channel, Live broadcaster, blog, and Facebook groups.
