Is this embroidery machine easy to operate?

Yes, the embroidery machine is equipped with a 10-inch LCD touch screen. The operation is very simple, just like using a tablet. You can learn to operate the screen in 5-10 minutes.

Each BAi machine includes a computer-controlled panel with 20 million stitches of storage space. You can upload, edit design settings, and create custom lettering directly on the panel.

I'm a beginner—can I get some training?

As your dealer, we will assist you whenever you need help. Additionally, the machine comes with an instruction manual. You will also have access to training and maintenance videos in five languages: Chinese, English, French, Spanish, and Arabic—all for free. We’ll ensure you have no concerns from the moment the machine is unpacked, during setup, and until it is ready to use. If you need further assistance, the factory team is available for a video call with you.
